Waiter

Restaurant specialized in welcoming tourists from all over the world, is looking for WAITERS to manage the reception of national and international tourists.

Tasks:
• Carries out daily work activities under supervision, including setting tables and organizing the mise en place.
• Ensures that the room is always in perfect condition by following the standards set by the company (flowers, lights, temperature, service equipment).
• Ensures perfect management of one’s rank during service resulting in an outstanding guest experience.
• Anticipates customer needs and satisfies them even before they are expressed.
• Knows the raw material, the wines and the world of food and wine in general.

Is required:
• Previous experience in top level facilities, restaurants and 4/5 star hotels
• Good knowledge of the English language
• Excellent standing and courtesy
• Knowledge of wines and Italian cuisine, excellent relational and organizational skills, good ability to work in a team
• Predisposition for human contacts, excellent interpersonal skills and strong aptitude for teamwork;

Sommelier wine consultant

Bottega Torciano Restaurant and Tenuta Torciano Cellar are looking for SOMMELIER IN WINE SALES clerk with at least 2 years experience, to be included in the staff of the winery and restaurants for tasting activities and assistance to guests.

Skills:
– Provide excellent customer service in all areas: welcoming guests, educating and presenting the winery’s portfolio of wines and experiences. Communicate our wines, varietals, winemaking/viticulture practices, growing areas, winery and history to the customer.
– Promote the sale of wine and products sold in the tasting room and bring in new wine club memberships. A strong focus on closing deals and up-selling is crucial.
– Promote and represent the winery through events in internal and external locations.
– Operate POS systems and handle high volume wine and merchandise transactions. Possess a high level of integrity for executing sales transactions.

Ristorante Bottega Torciano is looking for a COOK for its restaurant located in Poggibonsi (SI) for permanent employment.

The role will be responsible for:
• Preparation of the dishes on the menu
• Manage basic preparations in terms of cleaning and raw materials and preparation of the line
• Use the tools and equipment suitable for each process
• Manage all food preparation, cleanup and match setup
• Maintain a professional and ethical relationship with all colleagues, suppliers and guests
• Be proactive in teamwork and safeguard collaboration with everyone
• Ensure compliance with all HACCP-related standards (refrigerator temperature control, labeling of processed and unprocessed dishes, workstation sanitization, etc.)
• Storing groceries and fresh produce, and picking groceries from warehouses
• Verify the correct use and maintenance of the machinery and materials supplied

We are looking for a candidate for the LOGISTICS OFFICE. The figure will be inserted in a company context in constant growth and development, within the logistics office and will have the following responsibilities:

• Organization and carrying out of the operational work of entering orders, binding orders, delivery notes and invoices for shipment of goods in Italy and abroad
• Completion of all necessary documents for logistics and various customs agencies to support the shipment
• Support in company procedures of shipping and warehouse processes
• Customer support and resolution of any problems
• Support to the sales network
